Welcome to CollegeNinja.ai. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and the academic programs we help promote and coordinate. By accessing our site or enrolling in a program through CollegeNinja.ai, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

1. Overview of Services

CollegeNinja.ai is an educational marketing and service platform specializing in the promotion, coordination, and enrollment support of expert-led academic programs, including courses, summer camps, and research intensives for students in Grades 6–12. We partner with trusted instructors, academic institutions, and organizations to help students access high-quality enrichment opportunities.

Please note: CollegeNinja.ai does not directly deliver instruction. All educational services are provided by our partners.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian to complete the registration and agree to the terms on their behalf. By using our services, you affirm that you meet the eligibility requirements.

3. Enrollment & User Responsibilities

By enrolling in a program through CollegeNinja.ai, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information for both the student and parent/guardian.

  • Review all course requirements and expectations outlined on the program detail page.

  • Ensure the student attends sessions and communicates appropriately with instructors.

  • Comply with any specific instructions from the course provider.

We reserve the right to cancel enrollments for false information, misconduct, or non-compliance.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments must be completed at the time of enrollment unless otherwise specified. Our standard refund policy is as follows:

  • Full Refund Guarantee: If the student is not satisfied after the first lesson and a refund request is submitted before the second lesson begins, a full refund will be issued.

  • No Refunds will be granted after the second lesson has started.

  • Program-Specific Policies: Some services may have customized refund policies as specified on the service detail page. In such cases, the program-specific policy will apply.

5. Delivery Terms

You will receive an onboarding email containing the schedule, instructor information, and access instructions approximately 3 days to 1 week before the class start date. If you do not receive onboarding materials by that time, please notify our team promptly.

6. Role of CollegeNinja.ai

CollegeNinja.ai acts solely as a strategic intermediary. We help families discover, evaluate, and enroll in educational programs but do not create or deliver course content. Instruction is provided by independent third parties, and we are not responsible for:

  • Educational outcomes or academic performance

  • Curriculum quality or teaching effectiveness

  • Schedule changes, cancellations, or instructor availability

 

7. Code of Conduct

All users, including students and parents, are expected to:

  • Communicate respectfully with instructors, staff, and fellow students

  • Refrain from any form of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior

  • Use the platform only for lawful and educational purposes

CollegeNinja.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this code.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and AI tools used on CollegeNinja.ai are owned by CollegeNinja.ai or our partners and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reuse, distribute, or modify any materials without explicit written consent.

 

9. Privacy & Data Protection

We value your privacy and handle your data responsibly. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information, particularly that of minors. By using our services, you consent to our data practices.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CollegeNinja.ai shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Disruptions to class delivery caused by third-party providers

  • Errors in enrollment data submitted by users

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

11. Cancellation & Changes

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any program due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen events (e.g., public health emergencies). If a class is canceled, you will be notified promptly and offered a refund or alternate placement.

12. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve any disputes amicably. If unresolved, all claims related to these Terms shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
